Spirit Airlines is no more.
The Dania Beach-based discount airline shut down operations early this morning.
It failed to secure creditor support for a government bailout plan.
In a statement on social media, Spirit says "all flights have been cancelled, and customer service is no longer available."
Refunds are being processed.
JetBlue, Delta, American Airlines and Frontier Airlines have offered to help.
On Friday, President Trump said the government had presented a final bailout proposal to Spirit.
The airline was hoping for a bailout of 500-million dollars to avoid having to cease operations.
The collapse of the airline is reportedly due to a doubling in jet fuel prices during the Iran war.
