Meet Duke, our Adoptable Dog of the Week from the Animal Welfare League of Charlotte County!
Duke is 3 years old and one of the happiest, sweetest dogs you'll ever meet. He's incredibly friendly and loves being around people. He is always ready for attention and never turns down a good scratch. Duke is super well-behaved and gets along great with other dogs. He's got a playful, energetic side, but he can also settle down easily and relax. Duke would make a perfect family dog, bringing joy and calm to any home lucky to have him.
Duke is currently heartworm positive but is doing great and undergoing treatment. He has one treatment left, and the Animal Welfare League will cover the full cost. Once he finishes, he'll be healthy and ready for his next chapter!
