A cargo handler at Miami International Airport faces multiple counts of grand theft. Detectives say Eduardo Rivera-Paz of Miramar was arrested after a cargo container shipped from South Florida arrived in Colombia full of sandbags instead of more than a million dollars' worth of Samsung cellphones.

Detectives say surveillance video shows Rivera-Paz and another man moving the shipping containers around.

Rivera-Paz is a Cuban national who authorities say is being held on an outstanding warrant.

In this case, the judge set bond at $300,000.
