The principal of Lake Worth Middle School is under investigation after an angry encounter with a woman on school grounds.

In a short video captured by the woman, Michael Williams is seen stepping out of his pickup truck, when the back and forth occurs.

"In it, he refers to the woman as the "Hispanic b----" and tells her he "ain't paying for a mother f------ thing."

The woman provided the video to CBS 12 News.

No word on what prompted the confrontation.

Palm Beach County Schools Regional Superintendent Peter Licata sent a letter home to parents that stated "While it is not the District's practice to share details of an open internal investigation, we will say that a thorough inquiry into this isolated incident is underway. The District took immediate action when we became aware of the situation."

Williams left campus on Thursday, but it's not clear whether he has been put on leave.

Spring Break begins next week, but Friday is a Teacher Work Day, so no students are on campus.
