Florida's Attorney General going to federal court trying to block immigration decisions by the Biden Administration. A federal judge hearing arguments today from Ashley Moody who's asking for a preliminary injunction after filing a suit last month saying President Biden's immigration policies are threatening public safety, by allowing criminal aliens to be released into and move freely in Florida. Moody says this will lead to more crime and burden law enforcement. Miami Immigration attorney Tammy Fox-Isicoff says calls this a ridiculous -political move since immigration law is decided at the federal level. The U-S Justice Department argues the injunction should be rejected based on Biden's immigration-enforcement priorities.
