Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu Indicted

Israeli Attorney General is indicting Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on charges of bribery, fraud and breach of trust.

Netanyahu has previously denied any wrongdoing, adding that he is the victim of a political "witch hunt" by the media and the left.

Netanyahu is currently serving as Israel's caretaker prime minister after he failed to form a government last month.

Since Netanyahu's rival Benny Gantz also failed to form a majority government, there are now 21 days in which any member of Parliament can become prime minister.

If that does not happen Israel will return to the polls for the third time in less than a year.
