Miami Beach Police are trying to figure out why a driver stripped naked after crashing through a police barricade.
The bizarre incident happened this morning while officers were investigating a deadly crash on the MacArthur Causeway.
Police say while officers had the road blocked, another driver struck a Road Ranger and kept going before driving into the water at a nearby marina.
He was arrested after he emerged from the water and took off all his clothes.
Police spokesman Ernesto Rodriguez tells CBS-4, "We have to see what was going through his mind before he made these dangerous choices."
