Disney Agrees To Pay Tuition For Workers At UCF

For the first time, Disney is agreeing to pay tuition and other fees for workers who attend UCF.

Some of the 34 undergraduate or masters degree programs the employees can study are biology, nursing, education, entertainment management, or hospitality and tourism management.

Disney says that 40% of their 85,000 employees have applied to the program.

And while Disney says it will pay for everything, the workers are not guaranteed admission, they will need to be accepted into the school in order to take advantage of the program.
